Honda (UK) announces management changes

From September 2015 Phil Webb assumes the role of Head of Cars and Leon Brannan moves to the role of Head of Franchise & Dealer Development, responsible for cars, motorcycles and power product divisions.

Phil and Leon have worked 30 years collectively
for Honda (UK), sitting alongside each other on the Senior Management Group Board in recent years.

"This year has seen Honda introduce a whole new car model line-up and we are experiencing very positive momentum in all areas of the Car business," said Philip Crossman, Honda (UK) Managing Director.

"Leon will ensure that all Honda (UK) business areas are in optimum shape to meet the increasingly competitive environment they operate within. Customer preferences and trends are rapidly changing with routes to market quickly evolving. The reform of our individual franchises and quality of our representation is key to ensuring we are ready to embrace developing market conditions."
