Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles supports Stihl Timbersports Series

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has become a partner of Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG in top-class lumberjack sport contests, the Stihl Timbersports Series, or STS for short. These includes international contests such as the STS Champions Trophy and STS World Championship
and all national events, including the Amarok Cup on July 18, 2015 in Dinslaken and the German Championship on August 30, 2015 in Cologne.

At the next Stihl Timbersports World Championships in Poznan, Poland in November, around 7,000 spectators are expected. "We are delighted to have Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as partner. The two brands go together perfectly and enable us to tell exciting stories on all aspects of the sport and our products," said Paul F. Sumalowitsch, the man responsible for international sponsorship for the Stihl Timbersports Series.
