Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd. has announced changes to its Parts & Service structure.
Rob Calver, the company's former Parts & Service Director - UK/Ireland, has been appointed within EMEA Region Mopar Service, Parts & Customer Care as Head of Major Business
Centers (excluding Italy).
The new role, which is based in Turin, Italy, hands Rob Calver responsibility for developing the major markets' service and parts revenues and customer experience, on behalf of the Mopar brand. He leaves his current role after eight years of successive sales growth.
Rob Calver is replaced by Lee Titchner, who becomes the newly-titled Mopar Service, Parts & Customer Care Director, UK and Ireland. Lee Titchner has been with the business for seven years and has held several roles within the group including Business Development Manager, Aftersales Zone Manager and Aftersales Field Force Manager.
"I am delighted to accept this opportunity to lead the growth of the Mopar brand in the UK and Ireland," said Lee Titchner. "With our Aftersales CRM programme - IConnect - at the heart of our strategy to grow customer retention, improve customer experience and develop greater workshop revenues for our dealer network, I believe there is no better time to be part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles."
