Scania's largest production unit celebrates 50 successful years

Scania's largest production unit in Zwolle, the Netherlands, celebrates 50 years. Limited operations started in 1964 and on January 15, 1965, the plant was officially inaugurated by HRH Prince Bernard. In the first year, approximately 1,300 trucks were produced. Production
output and capacity has steadily grown and last year 30,000 trucks were assembled in Zwolle.
