HMSI inaugurates it's first-ever traffic park in Maharashtra

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) unleashed its latest step for spreading road safety awareness in India by bringing its first traffic park in Maharashtra and its sixth overall in India.

Honda has collaborated with the Yeola Industrial Co-operative Estate
Limited - an undertaking of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) for operation and maintenance of revamped traffic Park in Yeola, Nashik.

The new traffic park was inaugurated by chief guest Chaganji Bhujbal (Minister - PWD & Tourism, Government of Maharashtra) and special guest Vikram Gaikwad (President - Yeola Industrial Co-operative Estate Limited) in the presence of Shreenath Kamlapurkar (AGM - West region Sales, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.)

"At Honda, we truly believe that as we grow, our social responsibility too gets bigger. The renovated Late Mohan Gunjal Traffic Park is our sixth traffic park in India and first in Maharashtra. It is a significant step towards meeting our commitment of making Safe Riding an everyday habit of all two-wheeler riders. Ltd. added, "At the Late Mohan Gunjal Traffic Park, Honda will provide 'Lifetime Safety Education' for all age groups - starting from 5-year-old school children to adults with a special focus on women wanting to have a freedom of independent mobility. Under Honda's unique training program, women riders will now be empowered to realise their dream of becoming independent and learning how to correctly ride a two-wheeler - that too in a single day!"
