Skoda UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Warren Richards as the brand's new Head of Service and Parts Operations.
Warren will take up his new role on June 16, 2014, replacing Owen Shepherd, who has taken a role within Volkswagen Group as Head of
Group Parts Operations.
Warren began his Volkswagen Group career in 2003, when he joined as a Parts Planning Manager in Group Services, having been a Brand Manager with Continental Tyres. Other roles in Group Services followed before his first position with Skoda, as Product Marketing Manager.
In 2010 he took up the role of National Contract Hire and Leasing Manager with Audi before moving to his current position as National Fleet Manager for Audi.
"This is a very exciting time to be joining the Skoda team. I'm delighted to be part of future as the brand develops its retailer and aftersales operations," said Richards.
Alasdair Stewart, Brand Director for Skoda UK, added, "I am really looking forward to having Warren on the Skoda team. He has a wealth of experience within the Group and his knowledge of the brand can only be an asset as we grow our business."
