"I'm looking forward to taking on my new responsibilities and can't wait to get started. My focus remains on our simple aim to make Mercedes-Benz the best, most approachable and easiest car company to do business with in the market. Be it a new or a used car, we want to deliver a benchmark service," said Nick.
"I've got an amazing team around me who I know will continue to deliver great results, as we did last year. In moving into this role, it allows Sally Dennis to be recognised for her hard work in the transformation in customer engagement which has led to the significant results we are seeing today. With Sally in charge I know fleet are in safe hands and will continue to thrive."
Sally added, "We're still a relatively new team and the changes we've set in place and the initiatives we've launched are already making a difference to our new and existing customers. I'm proud to be moving up to head the fleet department. My first job will be to continue the momentum weve built up within the fleet sector as well as building on our hard won reputation within the fleet community that's reflected in our rise in business last year. We'll continue to adapt and change in order to suit the ever changing requirements of our customers."
