Jaguar Land Rover delivered a strong sales performance in February, retailing 30,487 vehicles in the month, up 14 per cent versus the same period last year. During the first two months of the year, Jaguar Land Rover sold 69,593 vehicles, up 13 per cent.

Rover's regional performance in February was as follows - the China region up 44 per cent, North America up 12 per cent and Asia Pacific up 16 per cent and Europe up 1 per cent. Sales in the UK were lower year on year due to the market launch of some special edition models in the corresponding month of 2013. Other overseas markets were up by 16 per cent.
"This has been another solid month for Jaguar Land Rover with continued strong demand for models across the range in our international markets. Together with January sales this has been a positive start to 2014, particularly given our comparator period in 2013 included the expected introductory sales spikes for new Range Rover and a number of limited edition models," said Andy Goss, Jaguar Land Rover Group Sales Operations Director.
