Tata Motors total sold 40,481 vehicles in January 2014

Tata Motors' total sales (including exports) of Tata commercial and passenger vehicles in January 2014 were 40,481 vehicles. The company's domestic sales of Tata commercial and passenger vehicles for January 2014 were 36,657 vehicles.

(including exports) for the company for the fiscal were 475,560 vehicles.

The company's sales of commercial vehicles in January 2014 in the domestic market were 25,683 vehicles, LCV sales were 17,517 vehicles, while M&HCV sales stood at 8,166 vehicles.

Cumulative sales of commercial vehicles in the domestic market for the fiscal were 321,002 vehicles. Cumulative LCV sales were 232,298 vehicles, while M&HCV sales stood at 88,704 units.


Sales of passenger vehicles for January 2014 were at 10,974 vehicles. Sales of the Nano/Indica/Indigo range in January 2014 were 8,463 vehicles. The Sumo/Safari/Aria/Venture range sales were 2,511 vehicles.

Cumulative sales of passenger vehicles were 114,490 vehicles. Cumulative sales of the Nano/Indica/Indigo range were at 88,400 vehicles. Cumulative sales of the Sumo/Safari/Aria/Venture range were 26,090 vehicles.

The company's sales from exports were 3,824 vehicles in January 2014. Cumulative sales from exports for the fiscal were 40,068 vehicles.
