First London-based MG dealer set to open in March 2014

MG has appointed its first dealership in London as part of a major expansion of the marque's network.

MG West London, situated in Barnes, South West London, will open in March and become the first MG Motor UK sales dealer within the M25 area. This latest appointment
will join a raft of new MG outlets opening in 2014, which will see the biggest expansion of the MG network in more than a decade.

The site in Castelnau, just a mile from Hammersmith Bridge on the main A306, is one of the best known automotive landmarks in West London and has previously been home to The American Car Centre and is now trading as West Motor Company.

"We are thrilled at being appointed an MG dealer and everyone here is really looking forward to showing people the MG6 and MG3. I've driven both cars. The build quality is superb and the value-for-money is quite exceptional, which I don't think people yet fully appreciate," said Ardi Bala, Dealer Principal of West London MG.

The immediate surrounding areas of Barnes, Putney, Richmond and Chiswick will be key target areas for sales of the new MG3 supermini.
