VCNA reports 6.7 per cent decrease in US sales of October 2013

Volvo Cars of North America, LLC, (VCNA) reported US sales of 3,919 units, a 6.7 per cent decrease versus October 2012. Year-to-date sales are down 6.7 per cent over the first ten months of 2012.

The S60 sports sedan was the top seller for the month with 1,276 units
sold, a 10.7 per cent increase versus October 2012. The XC60 crossover finished the month right behind with 1,244 units sold. Also showing increases this month were S80 (up 7.4 per cent), XC70 (up 5.7 per cent) and C70 (up 38 per cent) month-over-month.
