MMNA sales jump to a 24 per cent increase in August

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) reported August sales of 5,281, an increase of 24.3 per cent compared to August 2012.

The US-built Outlander Sport crossover led the way with sales of 2,171, an increase of more than 59 per cent. August marks twelve
consecutive months of sales increases for the fuel-efficient CUV. Outlander Sport sales are up more than 53 per cent year to date.

Sales of the all-new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander, showed a year-over-year increase of more than 100 per cent for the second consecutive month. Overall Outlander sales are up 43 per cent year-to-date.
