VCNA reports decrease of 6 per cent in US June sales

Volvo Cars of North America, LLC, (VCNA) reported US sales of 6,678 units, a 6 per cent decrease from June 2012. Year-to-date sales are down 5.9 per cent over the first six months of 2012.

The S60 sports sedan finished the month with 2,666 units sold. The XC60
crossover set a new monthly volume record since sales began in 2009 with 2,431 units sold, a 49.5 per cent increase versus June 2012.
