Jaguar Land Rover North America announced that Duke Hale has been appointed to Vice-President of Customer Service, a new role at the company's North American headquarters in Mahwah, N.J. Hale will report to Chris Marchand, Executive Vice-President
of Operations for Jaguar Land Rover North America, and will be responsible for overseeing areas such as warranty, parts operations and owner relations, among others.
Hale has most recently been operating as a consultant in the automotive industry both in the US and overseas. His career spans over 30 years, starting at Volvo, where he specialised in sales, and excelled into senior leadership roles with other respected brands like Mazda and most recently, Lotus Cars in the US.
"Duke comes to our brand with years of experience, and will be instrumental in helping us continue our upward trend in the J.D. Power and Associates CSI Study," said Andy Goss, President Jaguar Land Rover North America. "Duke's expertise across various departments for a multitude of automotive brands will be a huge asset for Jaguar Land Rover, and we are excited to have him on the team."
