Volvo Trucks appoints Tony Davis as Commercial Aftersales Director

Volvo Trucks has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Tony Davis to the position of Commercial Aftersales Director. He reports direct to Volvo Trucks UK Managing Director, Ulf Magnusson.

With responsibility for the strategic direction
and overall management of all Volvo Trucks Commercial Aftersales activity in the UK & Ireland, Tony is working with his team at Warwick and the dealer network to deliver a 'best in class' customer experience.

Tony is an experienced automotive professional and has spent 20 years working in the luxury passenger car industry at Jaguar Land Rover.

During the past ten years, Tony worked in various sales and marketing functions there, including National After sales Manager. In this position he was responsible for delivering continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty to achieve a 'best in class' vehicle ownership experience.

Tony is the holder of a MBA - Business Administration and a B. Eng (Hons) in the subject of Management of Manufacturing Systems.

As Network Development Manager, Tony was responsible for network development strategy for the Jaguar Land Rover franchise in China. Prior to that, he was National Service Manager where his duties and responsibilities included development of Jaguar Land Rover customer service operations. Both roles were based in Shanghai.
