Audi India drives into the city of Nawabs - Lucknow; opens second dealership in Uttar Pradesh

Audi inaugurated its second luxury car showroom in Uttar Pradesh in Lucknow. The entire Audi India model range will be available for sale in this new showroom in Lucknow. This world-class showroom was inaugurated by Niraj Srivastava, Head, Sales, Audi
India and Gautam Garg, Managing Director, Audi Lucknow (Four Wheels Auto Pvt. Ltd).

"We opened Audi Kanpur in October last year and in less than 4 months; we are opening up a new dealer network point in Lucknow. This displays the importance that we attach to the Northern market. The response to our brand and products has been tremendous and we do not want to be lacking in our efforts in any way in reaching out to Audi enthusiasts in the Northern region. With the opening of this new showroom in Uttar Pradesh, we will be able to further strengthen our foothold in the region and capitalise on the increasing demand for luxury automobiles. We are happy to extend our association with Four Wheels Auto Private Limited and utilise Gautam's rich market experience to make Audi No.1 luxury car brand in Uttar Pradesh," said Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India.

Located on the Lucknow-Kanpur road opposite to the airport and spread over a total area of 12,000 sq ft, Audi Lucknow showroom has a honeycomb aluminum facade on the exterior. With a display area of 9 cars, the showroom will sell the entire model range of Audi cars available in India. Audi Lucknow will also house an Audi Shop and the Audi Exclusive elements, where customers can order customised products and purchase a variety of Audi branded merchandise.

"We are very confident of our sales growth despite the flat growth in the industry. Our customers aspire to own Audi vehicles and are willing to pay for the pioneering automotive products that we offer. This is the 2nd showroom inaugurated in 2013 and we plan to expand our dealer footprint to 34 showrooms pan India this year. Further plans include another showroom in Noida and Vadodara among others," added Michael Perschke.

Audi Lucknow will also manage the exclusive Audi service facility, located in Sarojini Nagar on Lucknow-Kanpur Road This facility is spread over an area of 16,000 sq ft and has a capacity to service 10 cars per day in a shift on a total of 6 bays. The technicians at the facility are trained to ensure world-class services to the customers.
