Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc., (TMS) announced the executive changes to be effective January 1, 2013.
Nancy Fein, Vice-President - Customer Service is promoted to Group Vice-President - Customer Service in the Toyota Division. As a result of recent
realignment of functions, Nancy is providing key leadership to Toyota's Customer First Initiative.
Since joining Toyota in 1982, Nancy has held a number of positions, including Vice-President - Vehicle Supply Chain, Vice-President - Toyota Customer Relations, Vice-President - Lexus Customer Service, General Manager - Kansas City Region, Corporate Manager & Assistant General Manager - Los Angeles Region, Corporate Manager - Customer Service Operations, Corporate Manager - New Era Business Systems, National Retail Development Manager, National Parts Supply Manager, National Service Planning and Operations Manager and Warranty Manager and Service Administrator.
Automotive News recognised Nancy as one of the 100 Leading Women in the Automotive Industry in 2005. In 2006, Automotive News recognised her as 'Automotive All-Star'.
Nancy will continue to report to Bill Fay, Group Vice-President & GM - Toyota Division.
Bob Waltz, Vice-President - Product Quality and Service Support, is promoted to Group Vice-President - Product Quality and Service Support. Bob is providing important key leadership to the extensive increase in demand on our Customer Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance, and Service Support Training & Technology functions.
Bob joined TMS in 1986 and has held a variety of management positions at TMS and within our field organization, including Vice-President - Sales Satisfaction, Vice-President and General Manager - Cincinnati Region, Vice-President - Dealer Operations, CSG, Vice-President Service Operations, CSD, Corporate Manager - Field Operations, Corporate Manager - Lexus Customer Service, Regional Service Operations Manager, Field Operations Manager and Regional Customer Relations Manager within our Cincinnati Region. Prior to joining Toyota, Bob spent 15 years in the retail automotive business.
Bob will continue to report to Fletcher Davidson, Group Vice-President - Product Support.
