Kapila Perrera appointed Head of After Sales at Porsche India

Kapila Perrera (53) has been appointed as Head of After Sales at Porsche India with immediate effect. In his new role, Perrera reports to the organisation's Director Anil Reddi.

His responsibilities cover the entire spectrum of After Sales related tasks, ensuring customers
enjoy an unparalleled Porsche ownership experience. They include building up the technical expertise of qualified After Sales personnel through regular training offers, management of a sufficient spare parts stock and related logistics, as well as supervising the entire warranty process across the nation. Together with a team of experts, Perrera will also focus on the set-up of new, best-in-class service facilities throughout the country.

The 53-year old professional gained brand-specific experience, following a four-year employment as After Sales Manager at Porsche Centre Kuwait from 2003 till 2007. Under his leadership the team achieved commendable business results, contributing to the facility becoming the first Porsche Centre to score 100 per cent in an internal After Sales audit.

Most recently, Kapila was the Head of After Sales at Zubair Automotive in Oman, where he led a team of 1,200 staff members across 24 dealerships.
