Renault Trucks Essex now open until midnight

In a move to meet increasing customer demand from a growing vehicle parc in the South East, Renault Trucks Essex, at West Thurrock, has extended its weekday opening hours until midnight Monday to Thursday, from November 1. The company will now offer
full service and repairs for all makes of commercial vehicles and trailers from 6.00 AM until midnight Monday to Thursday, from 06.00 AM to 10.00 PM on Friday and from 6.00 AM 01.00 PM hours on Saturdays.

"Customers are calling for extended opening hours to meet their operational needs. By remaining open until midnight four days of the week we are giving our customers greater flexibility and allowing them to maximise their uptime. It also gives us a greater chance of completing all customer repairs at once, ensuring a higher percentage of first time fixes with no need for re-booking work. Vehicles are ready first thing in the morning - defect free," said Paul Ayer, Dealer Point Manager, Renault Truck Essex.
