Vauxhall van drivers can now tune in to the latest audio entertainment, with Vauxhall's excellent value DAB upgrades, available for Astravan, Corsavan, New Combo, Vivaro and Movano.
Offering crystal-clear reception of national and regional radio stations, Digital
Audio Broadcasting allows van drivers to enjoy high quality radio behind the wheel. Available as an upgrade for all Vauxhall commercial vehicles, the DAB systems can be quickly and easily fitted by a Vauxhall retailer for just £195.
Offering everything from jazz to talk radio, there's a DAB station for everyone, including Radio 4 Extra, Jazz FM, BBC 6 Music, Absolute 80s, Smooth Radio 70s, TalkSport and Planet Rock. Many radio broadcasters, including the BBC and Absolute Radio offer digital only stations that can't be heard via a conventional FM based radio.
"It's great that Vauxhall van drivers will be able to tune into digital radio on the road, with an outstanding choice of stations compared with standard FM radio," said Vauxhall Product Development Manager, Simon Gibbs.
The DAB upgrade has been developed by Vauxhall with its van models in mind, so it can be completely integrated with existing steering-wheel mounted controls and the installed stereo's display. The installation is quick and because it's connected directly into the van's existing entertainment system, there are no unsightly wires or extra controls to worry about.
