Subaru UK has announced a new range of ultra-competitive finance offers, with many of the manufacturer's all-wheel-drive models now available with two years' interest-free credit.
Available on all base-specification models across the Subaru range
(excluding the BRZ) the zero-interest offer gives buyers another incentive to purchase a new model from the Japanese brand. The new five-star Euro NCAP safety rated Subaru XV is included in the offer, making it even easier for motorists to get themselves into one of the safest and most capable all-terrain compact crossovers available.
The new finance deal is designed to appeal to Subaru's 'heartland' buyers, those living in rural and semi-rural areas who need practical and reliable motoring at an affordable price, as well as the assurance of permanent all-wheel-drive and dealer service for which the Subaru network is renowned.
Customers taking up the zero per cent offer must provide an initial 50 per cent deposit and pay the remaining 50 per cent at the end of the two-year term. Existing trade-in's can also be used as part-payment of the deposit against a new model.
Higher spec models qualify for interest-free credit over one year, while low-rate finance – at just 3.9 per cent APR – is now available for Personal Contract Purchase buyers with smaller deposits.
The announcement of the new finance offer also coincides with the availability of 24-hour test drives for on all versions of the popular Legacy and Outback models, with the insurance covered by Subaru UK.
"Allowing prospects to take the car away for 24 hours is to allow them to really get under the skin of our cars, and to give them the opportunity of living with the vehicle throughout a typical day. With the 24-hour test drive combined with the new finance offers available, we hope to be able to encourage more people to give Subaru a long hard look," said Darren James, Subaru UK Managing Director.
All new Subaru models benefit from Subaru's unique Everything Taken Care of (ETCo) aftercare package, the most comprehensive in the UK. At no additional cost, ETCo is worth over £700 and covers items such as minor dent and scratch repairs, alloy wheel repairs, monthly wash, annual valet, lost keys replacement, service collection and delivery, annual wheel alignment check, first MOT cover, and winter wheel and tyre storage.
As part of the ETCo package, Subaru also provides an accident management service and a contribution to insurance cover excess. ETCo is offered in addition to Subaru's three-year/60,000-mile manufacturer warranty and new finance offers.
