Bentley announces Ariane Reinhart as new Personnel Director

Bentley Motors announces the appointment of Dr. Ariane Reinhart (42) as its new Member of the Board for Personnel. Dr. Reinhart joins Bentley from Volkswagen AG where she currently holds the role of Head of Group Management Development Sales & Marketing.
She will commence her position on October 1, 2012 and succeeds Christine Gaskell, MBE who retires after 17 years with the company.


Dr. Reinhart, who holds a law degree from the University of Hamburg, has extensive international experience in Human Resources gained during a 13 year career with Volkswagen Group brands, consulting firms and labour organisations in different countries. In her most recent role since June 2008, she is responsible for the successful recruitment, succession planning and development of all senior management positions in Sales & Marketing throughout all Volkswagen brands worldwide. Dr. Reinhart first joined Volkswagen in October 1999 and has since been responsible for a variety of change management projects in the Group.
