New year brings new jobs as Arnold Clark Skoda opens its doors in Paisley

This new year, Arnold Clark Skoda on Phoenix Retail Park in Paisley, opened its doors as a full sales retailer and authorised repairer for Skoda vehicles.

The new Skoda dealership, which has seen at least 22 new jobs created in the local area, will provide
a much-needed boost to the local economy. It also puts the fantastic Skoda range on Paisley’s doorstep for the first time.

David Ewart, General Manager at the dealership comments, “We’re extremely excited about bringing Skoda to the area. Skoda has had an amazing year, winning awards and even setting a new speed record in Bonneville over the summer, so we’re certain this new franchise will be a fantastic investment for Arnold Clark and for the area. We see ourselves as a local business, so we truly feel that our success means success for the community too."

The dealership will operate as a triple franchise, with a nine car showroom and room for 130 used cars on site.
